Our aim to fulfill our mission statement of 'Outstanding Modern Veterinary Care in a Gentle and Loving Environment' at all times. We aim to provide you and your pet with the highest possible standards of service and care. We welcome your feedback in order to try to ensure we are achieving this at all times. Our local teams of Vets, Nurses, Receptionists and Practice Managers will take your comments seriously and will want to know how we can help.
We hope that you will never have cause to complain about the standard of care provided by Jurassic Vets or our staff. However, should you have any concerns at all, this information is provided about our complaints policy: Please speak to the veterinary surgeon who is looking after your pet, if this is not possible pleas speak to one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses or receptionists. Most concerns should be able to be resolved at this level.
If your concerns cannot be resolved at this level and you wish to action a formal complaint please follow our complains procedure steps below. Jurassic Vets will take seriously any concern raised that it has failed to meet the expectations of its clients.
If your concern relates to a pressing situation in which your pet is currently suffering or in danger of suffering, you should telephone the practice immediately to discuss the situation with the duty veterinary surgeon. A veterinary surgeon is always available on-call in an emergency.
Otherwise, you should contact the practice by telephone, E-Mail,letter or in person and explain that you wish to raise a formal complaint
Initially all complaints will be directed to our Practice Manager who will guide you further through the complaints procedure.
All complaints will be passed to the practice principal Dr Peter Martin MRCVS, who will discuss the complaint with other members of staff concerned with the case as appropriate
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint, either verbally or in writing to the contact address provided.
Jurassic Vets will endeavor to investigate and respond to your complaint fully, promptly and courteously. This will normally be within 28 days of the complaint being received.
