Apply to Register your Pet

We have tried to make it simple to apply to register your pet with us. You can apply online in just a few minutes,  or by dropping in to the surgery, or via the telephone with one of our friendly receptionists. Once your request is approved, we will then request your pet’s full medical history from your existing vet practice - this will give us all the information we need to take over the care of your pet smoothly. When applying to register, please let us know which Surgery you would prefer to use (but please note, you can book appointments at either of our practices as our staff and computer records work at both sites.
